Research Champions' den Finalists
Meet the six researchers who have made it through to the Champions’ Den at ESGE Days 2026, the final stage of the ESGE Research Grant application process. Watch their pitches to the judges live on Friday May 15, at 16:00.
Public transport included in Registration
As part of our “Greener Days” sustainability initiative, conference registration includes a 3-day public transport pass valid across central Milan (zones Mi1–Mi3). The pass can be used on all major forms of public transport for three consecutive days.
Delegates are encouraged to make full use of this provision and prioritise public transport when travelling around the city, helping to support our shared commitment to reducing the environmental impact of the event.
Leaving a positive legacy in Milan
We’re proud to partner with Forestami to reduce the environmental impact of our meeting through a local tree planting project. Delegates can donate to Forestami during the registration process, but if you missed the opportunity or would like to top up your donation, then you can donate now. ESGE will match all contributions!

Our Scientific Committee are thrilled to publish our programme and invite you to browse the array of science on offer. With eleven concurrent sessions across three days – plus our Postgraduate Course and our new Safe Sedation Course – there is plenty to explore.
Live endoscopy demonstrations - watch the experts in action
At ESGE Days 2026, we are honored to welcome Humanitas University Medical School, Milan, as our host unit. On Friday, May 15, their team will share their expertise and present real-life cases, offering valuable insight into how leaders in the field approach both routine and complex scenarios. Until then, ESGE members can revisit last year’s highlights in The ESGE Academy, where ESGE Days 2025 footage is available exclusively.
